Simplicity in everything

Since the release of the film HOP, Stéphane Deraiche ( Mr Dee ) uses the expression SQUIRREL to image his ADHD.


BOXING coach in his spare time, he teaches young people and promotes this sport to channel hyperactivity.


The idea came during the COVID pandemic, when he was looking to help organizations raise funds to give more tools to young people with ADHD.

The Lower Laurentians Family Economics Cooperative Association is an organization that helps, protects, represents and defends the rights of consumers. It is a non-profit organization that was founded in 1972, by and for people in the community.

Altitude Sport

We buy equipment such as gloves to help young people with ADHD practice boxing.
